Some nego tips i got from "Secrets of Power Negotiating" - Roger Dawson (2008)

1)   Not jumping at the first offer
2)   Asking for more than u expect to get
3)   Flinching at the other side's proposal
4)   Avoiding confrontation
5)   Playing Reluctant Buyer or Reluctant Seller
6)   Using the Vise Gambit
7)   Using Higher Authority and Good Guy/Bad Guy
8)   Never offering to split the difference
9)   Setting aside impasse issues
10) Always asking for a trade-off
11) Tapering down your concessions
12) Positioning the other side for easy acceptance
